The Focusrite ISA828 Mk II 8 Channel Pre-Amp is a professional-grade audio interface that delivers exceptional sound quality and versatility. Each channel of the ISA828 Mk II can accept either mic or line inputs with inputs 1-4 also offering instrument inputs conveniently located on the front panel. With variable input impedance including an ISA 110 setting that replicates the impedance of the original Focusrite mic pre you have a wide range of tonal options when using different microphones. With up to 60dB of gain and an additional +20dB of continuously variable trim the ISA828 Mk II provides a massive 80dB gain range allowing you to achieve the perfect level for any source. It also features a high-pass filter with a fixed 75Hz frequency and 18dB/octave roll-off ensuring unwanted low frequencies are eliminated from your recordings. The ISA828 Mk II offers convenient features such as calibratable per-channel six-segment LED meters and switchable rear-panel insert points enabling you to use external processors like compressors or EQs. Its dedicated connectors for mic and line-level inputs allow for simultaneous connections making it ideal for permanent installation in a rack.
